Fostina Mbemba for Moyare Barracks has emerged the winner in the Mzuzu half Marathon women category happening today on 10th, March,2024 in Mzuzu.
Mbemba managed to cover 21 kilometers in 1:26:58
Mbemba disclosed that this year he had good preparations as compared to last year where he failed to make it.
“I failed to make it last year because l prepared on my own without guidance from a coach” she said.
Second from Mbemba is Teresa Master from Mulanje Athletics while Annie Ng’oma scoped the third position.
