Eco Bank Malawi Supports Bankers Association Conference with K5.5 Million.

Eco Bank Malawi has contributed K5.5 million to support the 2024 Bankers Association of Malawi (Bam) conference, scheduled for August 22-24 in Mangochi. The conference aims to promote collaboration, innovation, and policy development for inclusive and sustainable growth in the financial sector.
Tidzi Chalamba, Eco Bank’s Head of Brand, Marketing, and Corporate Communications, highlighted the conference’s importance in driving progress in the industry. Chifundo Mmaniwa, Bam’s Chief Operations Officer, expressed gratitude for Eco Bank’s support, citing it as a demonstration of their commitment to Malawi’s banking sector growth.
This year’s conference, themed “Bridging the Gap: Inclusive Banking and Sustainable Development for All,” is expected to be a success thanks to Eco Bank’s contribution.
