ZOMBA CITY COUNCIL PUSHES RESIDENTS IN DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS.

Deputy mayor for Zomba city council mulilah bakali has advised politicians in the country to focus on implementing various projects that has potential to transform the lives of young people.

The deputy mayor who is councilor for Likangala ward made the sentiments during the finals of football and netball match held at zomba police college ground in the city.

Munilah added that the diffeerent sports activities is the best weapon to use inorder to uproot bad behaviors in young people so that they should become productive citizens in the county.

The deputy mayor explained that since she embarked on introducing variuos sport activities competition in Likangala ward there is tremendous change interms of bahaviour among the young people becouse Youth are able to refrain from indulging into immoral activities .

Munilah further said that there is need for the politicians to put much consideration on lives of young people by implementing the projects that can help to promote them financially to be self economic dependent.

Munilah added that her ambition is to see many young people being transformed into productive citizens in their respective society.
