Ministry of lands says the proposed land regulations will benefit land users once the law are in operation. Principal secretary in the ministry David Chilonga made the remarks on Thursday in Salima during a meeting with different stalkholders including city and town council officials to discuss land related issues that affects Malawians. According to Chilonga the meeting with the stalkholders will validate what will be the related regulations of the country hence forth.
