Gift of the Givers Brings Relief to Flood-Affected Families in Mangochi with K45 Million Aid.

In response to the rising Lake Malawi waters, Gift of the Givers has provided crucial assistance to 570 affected households in M’baluku Village, Mangochi, with food and non-food items valued at K45 million. The organization’s Senior Program Officer, Hawa Chindamba, highlighted the focus on supporting communities struggling to cope with the flood’s devastating impact.
Commissioner for Disaster Management Affairs, Charles Kalemba, praised Gift of the Givers for their timely intervention, emphasizing the collaborative efforts between Dodma and partners to address hunger and provide permanent solutions for affected families.
