The Global Fund has handed over 41 utility vehicles worth K1.3 billion to the Ministry of Health.

In Her remarks at the handover ceremony Minister of Health Khumbize Kandodo Chiponda says government will continue to work with the Global Fund so as to improve health service delivery.

Global Fund Senior Portfolio Manager Osian Jones says his organisation will make sure that health service delivery is not affected due to transportation.

The vehicles will be allocated to all districts in the country for smooth transportation of Covid-19 response material, cholera and sexual reproductive health care among others.
